The Customer Property Warehouse Technician is responsible for managing and organizing customer-owned equipment within the warehouse. This includes ensuring all items are properly stored, tracked, and maintained according to company standards. The technician plays a key role in preparing equipment for upcoming jobs by verifying accuracy, completeness, and readiness of all materials. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to safety and quality are essential in this hands-on role that supports efficient operations and customer satisfaction. 

Job Description

  • Ensure equipment is carefully stored and organised in the warehouse
  • Take responsibility for the day-to-day running and organisation of the warehouse
  • Preserve a tidy, safe and efficient working environment
  • Load and unload material from vans and trucks
  • Use advanced equipment within the warehouse
  • Ensure warehouse and job preparation paperwork is accurately completed, processed and stored
  • Comply with health and safety regulations and procedures

You are meant for this job if:

  • Completed technical or trade school training
  • Proven mechanical skills
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Strong professional work habits and reliability
