Job Purpose

As the Creative Director, you will be the driving force behind the creative vision, strategy and execution of all marketing, communications and branding initiatives. You will lead a team of designers, writers, graphic artists, 3D multimedia designers, photographers, and videographers, guiding them to create compelling content that resonates with our audience and aligns with our brand identity and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a natural eye for design and be a prolific generator of dynamic ideas that connect with all types of audiences.

Job Description

  • Supervise a cross-functional team of graphic designers, copywriters, 3D and interactive multimedia designers, and photographers/videographers
  • Prioritize work and resources across engagements, based on short- and long-term needs, and develop schedules by collaborating with designers, copywriters, and production artists
  • Conduct brainstorming sessions with the creative team, maintaining strategic thinking to develop innovative and actionable initiatives
  • Review and approve art and copy developed by the team, ensuring that deliverables address marketing goals and challenges effectively
  • Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling customer experiences
  • Oversee the presentation of final concepts and obtain approvals for deliverables6.
  • Develop and articulate a clear and inspiring creative vision for the brand
  • Lead the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring all projects meet the highest standards of quality
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align creative strategies with business objectives and brand goals
  • Manage and mentor a team of designers, writers, 3D artists, and other creative professionals

You are meant for this job if:

  • Ten years of proven experience as a creative director or in a similar creative leadership role.
  • Experience in creating marketing campaigns, from developing the vision and messaging platform to overseeing production on time and within budget.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and design skills.
  • Design system development and management experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a user-centric approach to design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and articulate creative ideas and decisions.
  • Knowledge of relevant design software in Adobe platform; web design background and Figma familiarity is a plus.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset is a major plus.
  • Experience in creating integrated content across all marketing channels: digital, social media, paid media, offline, and print.

Office environment requires sitting, operating a computer, walking and some lifting. Some potential exposure to possible shop hazards when visiting the shop/field environment that includes high noise, heavy machinery, and shop traffic.Spends a minimum of 95% of the time in an office environment. Rare potential shop exposure if visiting that work environment for short periods of time which requires lifting, walking, stooping, bending, and some climbing. Fast paced atmosphere with multiple priorities and constant change.
