Job Purpose

Supporting Sub Sea Projects by providing Financial Explanations of Project Gross Margin fluctuations in a reliable and accurate manner. Collaborate with project teams to provide proper cost forecasting as required.

Job Description

Works independently on Large Scope Projects 100-600m Sub Sea Production Systems Projects, Flexible or Mid to Large 110-150m URF with project team by reviewing project forecast, initializing budget reviews and works with teams by finalizing the initial budgets received from tender, identifying the proper Work Breakdown Structure and recommend the proper allocation with the team, participating in Estimate in Completion, assisting with items for client reporting, ensuring invoicing to client occurs within the contractual requirements, assist with Change Order requests, utilizing quality checks to for data integrity ,exhibit expertise in the value destruction and creation requirements, provide metrics for quarterly Project Management Reviews, enter data into Electronic Project Management Review system. Begin working with support staff to mentor and guide the proper Cost Control Principles. Performing as the Subject Matter expert. Provide guidance on best practices within the organization. Provide expertise in Standardization, Simplification and Industrialization initiatives for our Finance True North.

You are meant for this job if:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent. 5-7 years of experience in a related field. Fluent in English. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, high use of critical thinking, ability to communicate financial changes that occur within a financial period and the work as Subject Matter Expert. Working within a team atmosphere is paramount.
