Job Purpose

Supporting Sub Sea Projects by providing Financial Explanations of Project Gross Margin fluctuations in a reliable and accurate manner.

Job Description

  • Support Sub Sea Projects by analyzing and explaining fluctuations in Project Gross Margin with accuracy and reliability.
  • Independently handle small-scale projects (production or flexible systems valued below $50M), including budget reviews, forecast analysis, and project setup.
  • Collaborate with teams to finalize initial budgets from tender stage and identify appropriate Work Breakdown Structures for proper cost allocation.
  • Participate in Estimate at Completion (EAC) activities, contribute to client reporting, and ensure invoicing is aligned with contractual terms.
  • Provide financial support on larger, more complex projects when required, ensuring consistency in project controls.
  • Contribute to departmental goals in standardization, simplification, and industrialization under the Finance True North initiative.

You are meant for this job if:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in financial project support.
  • Strong analytical mindset with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with capability to explain financial changes clearly.
  • Proven ability to collaborate in team settings and willingness to evolve into a Subject Matter Expert.
