Duties:
Responsibilities include: Contribute to the review, preparation, analysis and release of the Group financial consolidated statements, in accordance with IFRS and USGAAP, internal control requirements and Group financial information calendar. Interact with a diverse population including TechnipFMC worldwide finance and corporate teams and external auditors. Acting as the manager of the Group Consolidation team of 5-6 individuals; Reviewing and preparing quarterly and annually US GAAP and IFRS financial statements and other financial information to support SEC and other public filings; Reviewing and preparing supporting schedules and topside journal entries; Working closely with the external auditors for our quarterly reviews and annual audit of the consolidated financial statements and related internal controls; Developing and implementing process improvement strategies; Participating in ad hoc financial projects. Prepares, analyzes and verifies financial documents in order to provide information to clients. Analyzes and communicates financial information for various entities such as companies, individual clients, and government. May telecommute.

Requirements:
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Consolidations Manager-related occupation.
Position requires experience in the following:
- Experience with US GAAP, month end close with large complexity ERP and FCCS consolidation system to review global consolidated financial statements, trouble shoot issues during quarterly and monthly close, analyze financial data in consolidation system, and provide instruction on a quarterly basis.
- Experience implementing consolidation systems such as FCCS to lead data validation teams, identifying, and investigating data errors.
- Experience with statement of cash flow to review roll forward forms and provide company support.
- Experience with statement of equity, noncontrolling interest, CTA, and elimination to prepare statement of equity and analyze earning.
