Job Purpose

This role contributes to the overall Sourcing and Procurement activities associated to Environment, Social and Governance (ESG). Three primary pillars are Carbon Footprint, Supplier Diversity and Human Rights. |
Job Description
- Leading/managing deliverables assigned for ESG supply chain initiatives within the three primary pillars, globally across all TechnipFMC locations.
- Engaging and liaising with clients, industry bodies, internal and external stakeholders in aspects of supplier facing ESG discussions.
- Staying abreast of ESG and sustainability regulations and implementing best practices for compliance.
- Contributing to program and system development according to the company’s drive for simplification, standardization, and industrialization, including as it relates to company policies, procedures, processes, and digital tools.
- Identifying ESG related risks and opportunities within the global supply chain and delivering strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
- Managing performance of goals set to reduce environmental impact, enhance social responsibility, and improve overall efficiency and sustainability across the supply chain.
- Achieving programmatic effectiveness, efficiency, and success by acting as an ESG subject matter expert for the company, developing informational material and providing training to relevant internal stakeholders.
You are meant for this job if:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Sustainability or related field.
- 5-7 years of related work experience.
- Knowledge of, and experience with prevailing ESG regulations.
- Understanding of ESG frameworks, standards and reporting requirements, such as CSRD, ISSB, GRI, GHG Protocol, among others.
- Understanding of oilfield services and/or manufacturing business operations
- Ability to independently analyze data and conduct data assessments.
- Expertise in developing, processing, and presenting data of all kinds.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills

Spends a minimum of 60-70% of the time in an office environment. Visits to company, client, industry and supplier work environments which requires travel. |
|
Office environment requires sitting, operating a computer, walking and some lifting. Some potential exposure to possible shop hazards when visiting the shop/field environment that includes high noise, heavy machinery, and shop traffic. |
