QHSE Supervisor

We are looking for a QHSES Supervisor to join our team. This position will report to the Base Manager.

• The purpose of the position is to ensure that all the after sales activities in Algeria are compliant with the quality and HSES systems in accordance with ISO 9001 /Q1, API Q1, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and also to coordinate the actions of all Quality/HSE related personnel and all quality assurance / control / HSES activities for the area.

Job Description

• Ensures that site employees are HSE training are kept up to date
• Ensure JMPs prior both personnel and equipment mobilization and demobilization
• Conducts Quality & HSES inspections/QA – Assist SEAF Quality Manager on internal audit program
• Ensures that security equipment is properly operated, tested, calibrated, and maintained
• Drive continuous improvement trough internal / external audit; KPI report & review; customer feedback; management reviews; products defects (E-FNCR).

You are meant for this job if:

Education:

• Engineering degree or quality related academic qualification (preferred but not obligatory depending on experience). 

Experience:

• Certificate or equivalent / technical background in QHSES
• Recognized Auditing qualification
• Formal Accident / Incident Investigation training
• Over 2 years of experience on the matter

Knowledge:

•ISO standards (ISO 9001/14001/45001) for quality and HSES management systems QMS FMC

Skills

• Good leadership, communication and organizational skills, an analytical approach with good problem-solving ability.

• PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power point….)
