Job Purpose
A Subsea Services Installation Engineer is responsible for installation and intervention operations executed by TechnipFMC personnel in field environments. Provides onsite and remote technical support for one or more disciplines in the subsea drilling, completion, topsides controls and tie-in operations executed by TechnipFMC at various Field Locations (onshore and offshore) for Guyana Projects.
Job Description
- Assists with the management of equipment, tools, and spares.
- Develops and maintains accuracy of project installation procedures
- Ensures that all field procedures are received, accurate, followed and signed-off on.
- Stays current on TechnipFMC Products and Services.
- Ensure GFERPs and SNs (Non-conformance reporting tools) are submitted timely and reviewed at the field level.
- Provide technical input to RCAs and resolution of field non-conformances.
- Host Technical Readiness Reviews (TRR) prior to on or off-site execution of work.
- Host After Action Reviews (AAR) following on or off-site execution of work.
- Promotes strong liaison with technical Subject Matter Experts.

- Guyanese national required
- BS degree in Engineering required.
- 2+ years of field experience in the O&G industry is preferred
- Interest and ability to perform hands-on labor in a field environment during operational execution.
- Travel offsite/offshore as needed.
- Solid analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Possess strong PC skills and knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities.
