We need a Workshop Supervisor to our location in Florø. 

 

At our Florø branch, we carry out service and maintenance on Subsea equipment for offshore installations. In well-equipped and modern workshop buildings, skilled technicians and engineers work together to deliver the best to our customers every day. We want to contribute to change and innovation, and we are now also making significant investments in the green energy technology of the future.

We are growing and have many exciting projects ahead of us. 

Job Description:

Main responsibility: Lead the workshop technicians, ensure that production and performance commitments are fulfilled.

  • Coordinate and optimize workshop activities
  • Ensure adherence to published schedules and delivery requirements – determine manufacturing priorities and update weekly plans
  • Ensure that HSEQ is adhered to and implement departmental safety programs.
  • Act as a role model to inspire a team of engaged workers and to create a positive and motivating work environment within the team.
  • Follow up day-to-day tasks – attendance, time scheduling and procedures. 

You are meant for this job if:

  • Are proactive and efficient on a daily basis, with the ability to include other, and lead a diverse team, using clear and positive communication style 
  • Have experience with digital system (SAP) • Have knowledge of mobilization/maintenance of subsea equipment
  • Are able to coordinate multiple large scale projects in parallell
  • Enjoy and thrive on having autonomy
