Job Purpose

Lead cross-functional team to deliver complex/large commercial proposals for SPS subsystems: execution strategy, cost, benchmarks, schedule, risks & opportunities. Develop a strong understanding of products, clients and supply chain to provide competitive proposals meeting Clients’ requirements and TechnipFMC overall business strategy/objectives.

Job Description

Tender Coordination / Management

  • Focal point between Subsea and REMS, responsible to deliver the whole flow control subsystem tender package
  •  Submit final proposal & necessary documents
  •  Internal customers/stakeholders are located in all TechnipFMC locations

Project Execution plan & schedule

  • Lead REMS team to develop the best execution strategy for complex projects, based on Clients requirements (Delivery milestones, international vs. local content, testing strategy & locations)
  • Collaborate with Planning to create the project execution schedule based on inputs from Engineering, Manufacturing and Supply Chain

Cost

  • Update cost
  •  Develop costing in iTwo, ensuring all accuracy of the data captured
  • Prepare product cost benchmark / waterfall

Qualifications, Exceptions, Risks and Opportunities

  • Collect relevant lessons learned from previous/ongoing projects
  •  Identify potential project execution risks and opportunities in the Risk Register (RMA), evaluate impacts and propose mitigations

Project Handover to Execution teams

  • Prepare project handover to the Execution Team and ensure a clean/fast project startup
  •  Organize and clarify Tender package for the Execution Team

Skills

-    Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management or related discipline. 
-    Relevant working experience in tender, sales support, engineering or projects 
-    Experience with Oil & Gas product engineering and/or manufacturing, especially SPS such as Manifolds, Christmas Trees and /or Control Systems equipment
-    Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both written and spoken English
-    Strong organization and planning skills
-    Ability to act as subject matter expert within the functional team, and train/mentor other team members 
-    Experience with SAP
