Job Purpose

We are looking for a FP&A Lead to join our team located in Dunfermline. The FP&A Lead is responsible for the execution of the financial reporting process locally, ensuring timely and accurate submission of actual, forecast and budget reports.

Job Description

Coordinate Forecast & Budget Process
Responding to queries, collating data for the global FP&A team
Responsible for compiling a complete & accurate local P&L File
Submission of REP reporting
Ensure Integrity of financial data being reported
Provide relevant analysis in support of the submission
Interact with corporate finance and address queries as these arise
Business partnering with Cost Centre managers as required
Mentoring the FP&A analyst
Coordinate workload within the FP&A team
Initiate improvements within the FP&A area

You are meant for this job if:

Accountancy Qualification eg degree/professional qualification
Strong Accounting experience
Process improvement/Lean mindset
Attention to detail
Resillience in handling tight deadlines
Excellent Communication Skills
SAP Experience (desirable)
Experience of accounting in a Manufacturing Environment (desirable)
