Job Purpose

We are looking for a FP&A Lead to join our team located in Dunfermline.  The FP&A Lead is responsible for the execution of the financial reporting process locally, ensuring timely and accurate submission of actual, forecast and budget reports. 

Job Description

  • Coordinate Forecast & Budget Process
  • Responding to queries, collating data for the global FP&A team 
  • Responsible for compiling a complete & accurate local P&L File
  • Submission of REP reporting
  • Ensure Integrity of financial data being reported
  • Provide relevant analysis in support of the submission
  • Interact with corporate finance and address queries as these arise
  • Business partnering with Cost Centre managers as required
  • Mentoring the FP&A analyst
  • Coordinate workload within the FP&A team
  • Initiate improvements within the FP&A area

  • Accountancy Qualification eg degree/professional qualification
  • Strong Accounting experience
  • Process improvement/Lean mindset
  • Attention to detail
  • Resillience in handling tight deadlines
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • SAP Experience (desirable)
  • Experience of accounting in a Manufacturing Environment (desirable)
