Job Purpose

This role is responsible for the preparation and aggregation of Category demand; the placement and execution of all purchase orders for TechnipFMC’s procurement of specified equipment and material related to the assigned buyer group in line with the appropriate category strategy.

Job Description

  • Act as single point of contact (SPOC) for all operational matters related to centralised procurement of the assigned buyer group including provision of accurate and up to date status information to the business. Ability to have clear concise communication with internal stakeholders to ensure material master data is understood and adhered to in the planning & procurement process.
  • Place and manage orders in line with MRP requirements and in compliance with sourcing strategy whilst understanding supplier capacity and executing.
  • Adhere to all compliance requirements - be it corporate or procurement specific requirements.
  • Lead procurement input into supplier management processes e.g. risk assessment, performance and KPI's.
  • Lead problem solving and continuous improvements initiatives.
