Job Purpose
The Proposals & Contracts Specialist is responsible for the management of all Proposal and contract preparation and submission. Ensure all submissions are accurate, complete, and compliant with the TechnipFMC Commercial operating manual and Bid-It Standard process.
Job Description

Manage and maintain all proposal preparation and submission materials.

Develop and maintain key ROV sales analytic data sets and produce regular analysis reports for management to support ROV sales.

Responsible for the accuracy and updates of product costs used for sales and analyze market pricing to provide recommendations to management.

Oversee CRM database administration and ensure compliance with corporate branding standards.

Develop and establish standard methodologies and tools to identify and mitigate contractual and regulatory risks.

Evaluate client contract terms and conditions, identify exceptions, and ensure compliance with TechnipFMC contracting guidelines.

Participate in internal and external audits of the Sales Department and maintain global contract standards.

Perform regular process improvements to enhance workflow efficiencies and produce estimates for custom products and services.
You are meant for this job if:
- Seven (7)+ years of relevant and progressive proposals & contracts experience (preferred BA/BS in related field or MBA)
- Demonstrated ability to interact and present effectively to senior management team.
- Resolve and negotiate conflict or problems with tact, diplomacy, and composure.
- Handle multiple projects and priorities with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Experienced in managing proposals and contracts using best practices.
- Proficient in advanced techniques with relevant software: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Sharepoint, Microsoft Team, Salesforce etc.
- Works independently in a fast-paced environment with all Commercial team members.
- Experience in process improvements and workflow efficiencies.
$73,400 - $104,800 - $136,200
This pay scale is intended to comply with applicable state minimum wage laws. In the event that state minimum wage provides for compensation in excess of the lower end of the range reflected herein, that lower end should automatically be read to reflect the minimum wage required by state law. If and when the Company learns of such a discrepancy, it will promptly adjust the scale to comply with state law. Under no circumstances, however, should any scale provided by the Company herein be read or interpreted to suggest that the Company intends to pay below state mandated minimum wage for this position.
