Job Purpose

Support logistics and warehouse operations through data analysis, process improvement, and system-related activities,
contributing to enhanced operational efficiency, accuracy, and standardization.

Job Description

• Support analysis of warehouse and logistics processes to identify performance gaps and improvement
opportunities
• Assist in data collection, validation, and reporting (e.g., inventory accuracy, lead time, order fulfillment)
• Develop and maintain process documentation (SOPs, workflows, work instructions)
• Support inventory analysis and reconciliation between system and physical records
• Assist with WMS/ERP data monitoring and reporting tasks
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using structured methodologies
• Conduct time studies and operational performance analysis
• Support layout optimization and storage utilization analysis
• Prepare routine reports, dashboards, and performance summaries
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and operational procedures

You are meant for this job if:

Education:
• Industrial Engineering (preferred)
• OR Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain / Logistics
• OR Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics
Technical Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Basic knowledge of warehouse and supply chain operations
• Familiarity with data analysis or visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus
• Exposure to process improvement concepts (Lean is a plus)
Other Skills:
• High attention to detail
• Good organizational skills
• Strong communication ability
Eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment
