Job Purpose

Produces plans and documents aiming at improving and ensuring reliable manufacturing processes in one domain. Provides field support on machines, equipment, and premises OR ensures the definition and
implementation of reliable manufacturing processes, raw materials, and equipment for one specialty or one manufacturing project.

Job Description

  • Studies tools, new products, and new processes
  • Proposes criteria for supplier qualification in coordination with engineering, production, and checking new suppliers’ compliance with TechnipFMC & customer criteria.
  • Develops, monitors, and coordinates tests for the development of new manufacturing processes for final product and new tools within QHSES policies.
  • Develops manufacturing procedures and / or instructions regarding department activities.
  • Proposes corrective actions and/or preventive actions to minimize the impact of non-conformities on production.
  • Performs manufacturing & production readiness review activities and actions identified gaps

You are meant for this job if:

A. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/FORMAL EDUCATION:
Engineering degree or Equivalent


B. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
10+ years relevant industry experience

REQUIRED CERTIFICATE(S):
Engineering Degree Certificate or Equivalent


C. REQUIRED INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:
 Possess good problem-solving skills to provide technical solutions
 Possess drive and initiative to communicate & gather information independently.
 Demonstrate effective presentative skills
 Demonstrate ability to guide and mentor others


D. REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS AND/OR PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS:
Sound knowledge of Oil and Gas A&T processes, A&T industrial codes such as API6A


E. REQUIRED JOB KNOWLEDGE:
 Good knowledge of assembly & testing procedures and methods
 Good knowledge of Subsea & Surface activities
 Good analysis / Problem Solving
 Knowledge of discipline IT tools
 Fluency in professional English
