Job Purpose

  • Responsible for submitting and receiving all government transactions for both legal entities within RoME (related to the Public Relations Department).
  • Working under direct supervision and guidance to execute and facilitate various GRO operational and administrative tasks related to organization and employees.

Job Description

  • Organize, submit, and collect all required employee documentation to maintain accurate and complete personnel records.
  • Manage the submission and collection of company transactions with government entities and ministries across Abu Dhabi and other UAE emirates as required.
  • Guide employees through government-related procedures, including medical testing, Emirates ID biometrics, and driving license processing.
  • Maintain and update records of all employee-related documents, including passports, MOHRE permits, visas, Emirates IDs, and CICPA passes within shared systems and track visa renewals, ensuring no lapse of applications.
  • Prepare and draft official correspondence in Arabic as needed.
  • Process applications and obtain onshore/offshore access passes (CICPA) for employees.
  • Manage employee pension scheme applications, account setup, and cancellations, where applicable.
  • Handle vehicle-related government processes, including Muroor registration, renewals, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with embassies in Abu Dhabi for visa applications and company document attestation.
  • Liaise with government authorities for the renewal and amendment of company licenses related to products and activities.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality and security of company and employee documents, preventing unauthorized disclosure.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities and adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Attend monthly HSE meetings and ensure compliance with TechnipFMC HSE policies and guidelines.
