Job Purpose

Ensures that production objectives are met in terms of time, quantity, and QHSES either for all the processes in one shift or some processes for all shifts.

Job Description

• Ensures safety and wellbeing of all individuals onsite by continuously promoting, developing, and reaffirming TechnipFMC Health and Management Systems during their shift.

• Ensures that production objectives are met in terms of time, quantity, and QHSES, and within operating budgets, either for all the processes in one shift or some processes for all shifts, by coordinating the activities of the Production Team Leaders and with other departments (Methods, Tooling, Maintenance, Process, Planning, and Quality control).

• Analyzes performance and look for improvements in productivity, quality, and cost optimization of manufacturing.

• Ensures the preservation of the equipment within the production unit and the cleanliness of the workshops.

• Promotes the continuous improvement program and 5S at the workshop.

• Focuses on constant optimization of the organization, processes and methods.

You are meant for this job if:

  • Minimum requirement is Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Oil and Gas industrial knowledge to API 6A, ISO 3834, NACE M0175, ASME IX is an advantage.
  • Facilities management and new plant set-up experience is an advantage.
  • Experience in manufacturing strategic planning.
  • LEAN qualifications. • Basic knowledge in SAP.
  • Understands Manufacturing Execution System.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing & production process.
  • Knowledge of welding, cladding, assembly, and testing procedures.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management and logistics operations.
  • Strong SAP experience with PM, WMS, and PMM.
  • Lean six sigma green belt.
  • Must have basic cost accounting and financial background for manufacturing environment. Must have budget planning, capex preparation and cost control experience.
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning Systems

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Experience in developing and implementing safety protocols and procedures.
  • Basic knowledge of Quality and HSE accreditation (OSHA 1800, ISO9001, API, etc.).
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, team members, and clients.
  • Ability to prepare and present reports, proposals, and operational plans.
  • Possess professional leadership to lead and motivate a team in achieving objectives of a department.
  • Experience in managing direct reports and coordinating with more than 100 indirect reports.
  • Ability to develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
