Job Purpose

Ensure assembly and test operating tasks and activities within time frame in agreement with the objectives fixed in term of performance, quality, and safety.

Job Description

 

  • Assembles and tests surface components/assemblies following highly complex specifications
  • Assists others during assembly of components in area of expertise
  • Can teach/coach junior A&T personnel on standard assembly and test tasks
  • Can plan/organize/supervise a small team of assemblers
  • Performs advanced troubleshooting for mastered subassemblies/assemblies. Refers more complex issues to higher levels
  • Completes required assembly/test documentation including traceability records, torque records, drift reports, test reports, failed test reports and Non-conformance Reports (NCR)
  • Uses material handling equipment to move components, subassemblies and assemblies between work areas

Understands and follows all safety requirements and procedures

You are meant for this job if:

  • High School or Vocational School
  • High Mechanical Aptitude
  • CEFR C1 or Greater English Communication skills
  • Training on teaching/coaching technical skills

  • Minimum of 8 years in oil and gas equipment assembly and hydrostatic testing , Wellhead filed 

  • Minimum of 3 years leadership experience

  • Effective written and verbal English language communication skills

  • High Mechanical aptitude and technical problem solving skills
  • Ability to read, understand and follow written specifications with no supervision
  • Ability to teach/coach others
  • Ability to be a technical leader for assembly and test
  • Subject Matter Expert
