Job Purpose

To help in creating a strong synergy between Service, and Finance Departments. To aid in IT related innovation of new ways to increase efficiency of workflow in Service.

Job Description

  • Ensure that projects data are accurate and maintained properly. Adding improvements in SWP such as the new calculator for field service chargeable hours to avoid any human errors in calculating charges. And time to time modify the Log Ledger to accommodate our requirements for KPIs.
  • Visualize data through compelling graphics, charts, and multimedia visuals to allow data analysis and trend monitoring. - Obeya
  • Present monthly business reviews for management.
  • Assist in developing KPIs for Service department dashboard linked with all functions. i.e. power Bi etc.
  • Manage the implementation of new digital software for office and field service use that involves automation and improved productivity. Working with global team to implement the new software and modify it in accordance with our requirements and customer requirements. And make extensive testing to it. Service Max & Jira etc.
  • Monitor and review service performance. Pinpoint and highlight information / data bottlenecks – through Obeya.
  • Ensures that all activities and operations under his/her perimeters are carried out in compliance with internal policies and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Responsible for Service Justification letters, Monthly reporting to Aramco.
  • Final BC reporting to manager and P&C on monthly basis.
  • Smooth flow of DILIP, process, and approvals on daily basis. Guide the projects team and finance and resolve through liaising with Aramco.
  • Submission of FSO to finance on daily basis.

You are meant for this job if:

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/FORMAL EDUCATION:

  •  IT Engineering, or similar.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Expert knowledge and understanding of Diverse IT Knowledge in MS Office, Programming, Power BI

REQUIRED INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:

  • Excellent English language skills, writing as well as verbal.
  • Proactive attitude with ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to give and receive constructive feedback and respond appropriately.
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adapt to a constantly changing environment.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS AND/OR PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS:

  • Structured and pragmatic approach to planning and problem solving.
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adapt to a constantly changing environment.
