Job Purpose

Participate and perform low complexity tasks on the Procurement Department. Follow up tasks development of medium and high complexity, acting under supervision and instruction of the immediate head, applying policies, procedures and good practices of the area.

Job Description

•      Apply Sourcing and Procurement procedures related to purchasing, qualification and evaluation processes of suppliers;
•      Develop and renew commercial contracts with suppliers, control area KPIs, etc.;
•      Review and process purchase requisitions, converting them into purchase orders;
•      Garantee that technical issues are updated with the suppliers;
•      Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations;
•      Analyze and equalize commercial proposals;
•      Negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive prices and terms;
•      Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.

You are meant for this job if:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, International Trade, Accounting, Engineering or related field;

• Commercial negotiation skills , competitiveness analysis and purchasing;

• Previous experience in Oil and Gas industry, metal-mechanic purchasing, raw material purchasing

• Desirable Previous experience in Oil and Gas industry, metal-mechanic purchasing, raw material purchasing;

• Experience in Oracle ERP system, Excel and Power BI (Desirable); Basic tax knowledge, risk analysis (Desirable);

• Advanced English.
