Job Purpose

Support the development and delivery of training programs, ensuring alignment with company needs and compliance with internal procedures.

Job Description

  • Support training processes related to company needs

  • Ensure compliance with activities and requirements described in training procedures

  • Assist managers in developing training programs (mandatory, recommended, or general)

  • Guide managers when training needs are identified

  • Support the organization of resources required for training events

  • Execute mapped training activities

  • Generate performance indicators to monitor processes

  • Support internal and external audits

  • Ensure inclusion and updating of all necessary data in training control tools

 

You are meant for this job if:

  • Preferred degree in Administration, Human Resources Management, Pedagogy, or Psychology

  • Administrative experience with training control systems

  • Experience in scheduling training and customer service

  • Knowledge of customer service practices and task management
