Job Purpose

Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in the world of subsea services? At TechnipFMC, we’re on the lookout for a passionate and driven Workshop Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, responsible for meticulous workshop and logistics planning. Your efforts will be crucial in ensuring the seamless delivery of our projects.

Job Description

  • You will define and update a workshop schedule with focus on duration and milestone dates
  • On behalf of the workshop services team, you will coordinate activities and share information between project, workshop, procurement and warehouse in order to ensure progress and on time delivery
  • You will maintain workshop forecast and secure that risk and opportunities are flagged for stakeholders
  • You will be responsible for inventory accuracy of equipment and spare parts
  • Evaluate availability and request equipment from customer and rental department
  • You’ll plan and initiate the transport of operational equipment, spares and consumables

You are meant for this job if:

  • A bachelor’s degree or Teknisk fagbrev within planning logistics OR minimum 5 years of experience within the area of supply chain management (work experience can be considered in place of formal education)
  • Strong skills in both written and spoken English
  • Structured and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills
