Job Purpose
Do you want to be part of further development of the Tender work for TechnipFMC Services?
As our new Tender Project Manager at Ågotnes, you will have a central role in the tender team and be responsible for tender activities both regionally and globally. The Tender Project Manager is an important contributor in the pursuit of business opportunities and secure contracts for TechnipFMC worldwide. You will be getting large varieties of challenging assignments in this position.
Job Description
- Preparing tenders to customers, negotiate and win the contracts before hand over to the project for execution. This includes to coordinate strategy with the Sales department, prepare good implementation plans together with the organization, as well as lead the tender work.
- Understand risks and opportunities, prepare winning tenders, carry out negotiations, perform handover of contracts to the executing unit.
- You will also contribute to the development of commercial models, concepts and strategies, evaluate, recommend and present to the company's management at all levels.
You are meant for this job if you:
- Have a bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering and/or Finance/Economics
- Have Commercial interest and mindset
- Are motivated to win contracts and create value for the company
- Have experience in project management, tender work or project control/finance/analysis work
- Communicates well in Norwegian and English
- Have good relational qualities, and collaborates well both internally and externally
- Is innovative and solution-oriented
- Have an interest in continuously raising standards and focusing on quality
