Job Purpose

Supports in the effective implementation of the training plan within Norway organization, with specific focus on technical training. To understand the learning and development requirements in the business and provide support, consultation and expertise to managers, HR Business Partners, and employees across all business units to ensure that development makes a positive contribution to the success of the business.

 

Job Description

•    Works with directors, senior managers and HRBPs within the Norway organization to lead development of learning and knowledge management solutions to support key strategic objectives for their area.
•    Ensuring global programs and/or knowledge management initiatives within learning and knowledge management are aligned with the organization’s strategy, goals and objectives
•    Leads global learning and knowledge management projects to deliver cross-regional or global learning solutions
•    Leading and coaching Learning Business Partners and Specialists in the execution of global L&KM projects
•    Delivers training as needed.
•    Provide learning and development consultancy, coaching and support.
•    Experience of learning design and delivery using a range of learning methodologies.
•    Experience in use of digital tools (learning technologies, LMS, e-learning, Web, virtual learning tools etc)
•    Create, facilitate and deliver foundational type of training in classroom and on digital platform
•    Provide Learning administration

You are meant for this job if:

•    Bachelor’s degree
•    Pedagogical education is preferred, and practice is required
•    Technical experience
•    Strong written and oral command of Norwegian and English 
•    Knowledge and experience in holding courses, training and/or presentations
•    Relevant experience in training activities
•    Experience of effectively managing learning and development projects and initiatives
•    Good consulting / business partnering skills
•    Experienced in presenting/ teaching / lecturing. 
•    Skilled in current adult educational principles and methods
•    Able to work autonomously to tight deadlines
•    Strong customer service focus 
•    Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
•    Stakeholder relationship management
