Job Purpose

As TSP Administration Coordinator, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting offshore operations in Norway and internationally. In this role, you will be responsible for providing timekeeping support to the group of Technical Service Personnel (TSP) working offshore. Additionally, you will assist the TSP department with a variety of administrative and coordination tasks.

Job Description

  • Ensure time registration and payments comply with the local offshore Service Agreement
  • Provide training and support to TSP on time registration as needed
  • Coordinate with and report to the payroll department
  • Offer guidance on matters related to timekeeping, payment, and the offshore Service Agreement
  • Assist with financial forecasting and analysis for TSP cost centers
  • Support shift planning activities
  • Coordinate and assist with manning of personnel offshore
  • Provide general administrative support to the department as required

You are meant for this job if you have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in administration, accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience in time administration, accounting, payroll, planning, and coordination
  • Strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English
  • Excellent ability to plan and organize work effectively
  • Strong ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Great attention to detail
  • A high degree of flexibility and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with SAP
