Job Description

You will be driving the quality work within our Subsea Services projects. You will be working as an integrated part of the project teams, supporting the Project Managers in all quality related tasks. You will be expected to proactively handle Quality Management within the projects, and as a part of this you will sometimes be in direct communication with our customers.
To succeed in this challenging role you must be familiar with Subsea technology, and the applicable quality requirements and standards.

Your efforts should always be focused on continuously improving our performance, reducing cost, and creating customer success.

You are meant for this job if:

  • Have a relevant bachelor’s degree, Quality Management or mechanical engineering, and minimum 3 years of experience within QA/QC in the subsea industry. Relevant experience can compensate for lack of formal education.
  • Have minimum 2 years of experience from project work
  • Are capable of leading quality work such as Continuous Improvement, performing RCA’s and Quality control.
  • Have good knowledge of ISO 9001, and the relevant standards and requirements within the subsea industry.
  • Good skills of Quality reporting, as well as good knowledge of Power Bi
  • Have experience in using SAP as a primary tool.
  • Have the ability to work independently, but also to be a team player in an integrated project team.
  • Are comfortable with high volume workload in a rapidly changing environment and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Communicate well in Norwegian and English.
