Our Onshore Service Portfolio is growing. To manage increased activity and to secure customer success we are looking for Project Manager for Add-On Portfolio.

 

As Project Manager you are overall responsible for the execution of all work related to dedicated project scope within your relevant Service Line. This includes preparations and execution of maintenance performed by TechnipFMC and Subcontractors.

You will be a trusted leader of a multidisciplinary project team, securing your results through great teamwork with a strong focus on HSE, Quality, Cost and Delivery.

As Project Manager you are the single point of contact towards the client for assigned scope and Purchase Orders. You will also have to execute and deliver work package scope as part of system projects.

Job Description

As Project Manager you are responsible for the day-to-day management of your dedicated Project Team such as

 

  • The overall financials within the project, maximizing gross margin without compromising on HSE or Quality
  • Cost control and corrective actions if required
  • Proactively contribute to inbound sales and actively identify opportunities in collaboration with Sales & Marketing
  • Work closely with all other work packages in the system project
  • Ensure that all activities are planned, managed and coordinated in accordance with contract documents, client call-off, TFMC specifications, procedures and processes
  • Coordinate and optimize project efficiency, reporting, forecast and quotation

 

Additional Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate project team members
  • In close cooperation with Service Manager, contribute actively to the overall deliveries and performance within your dedicated service line

You are meant for this job if:

  • You have a relevant degree, Bachelor level (relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal education)
  • You have minimum 5 years’ experience from service operations and/or projects
  • You have the ability to lead and motivate others
  • You continuously raise standards, are innovative and solution-oriented
  • You are committed and proactive, have a strong sense of collaboration among your team and across functions
  • You have the ability to prioritize and execute tasks systematically
  • You like to work in an international environment and are able to travel as part of your work execution
