Job Purpose:

Supports and, depending on experience, leads the preparation and execution of technical and operational engineering activities within projects. The role ensures offshore and onshore operations are well prepared, safe and efficiently executed by working closely with project teams, offshore personnel and support functions. All activities are performed in line with TechnipFMC standards, procedures, schedules and budgets, with a strong focus on quality, operational readiness and customer satisfaction.

  • Close collaboration with experienced engineers, project managers and offshore personnel

Job Scope:

Works as a contributing member of a project team on projects of varying complexity, using established technology and structured work processes. Depending on experience, the role may take lead responsibility for defined engineering and operational scopes. Actively supports standardization, continuous improvement and safe ways of working.

You are meant for this job if you have:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering
  • Ability to work independently within defined frameworks and collaborate effectively with others
  • Interest in technical and operational problem-solving
  • Motivation to follow structured work processes and contribute to improvements
  • Relevant experience from offshore, subsea, marine or industrial projects
  • Early-career engineers with strong learning ability and relevant exposure are encouraged to apply
