Job Purpose

As Project Coordinator you are responsible for planning and logistics in a dedicated project. You will be part of a project team of experts and play a key role to ensure successful service delivery.

Job Description

  • Define and update project schedule with focus on duration and milestone dates
  • Coordinate activities between project, workshop, procurement and warehouse in order to ensure progress and delivery on time
  • Maintain project forecast and make sure that risk and opportunities are flagged for stakeholders
  • Secure inventory accuracy of equipment and spare parts
  • Evaluate availability and request equipment from customer and rental department
  • Plan and initiate transport of operational equipment, spare parts and consumables.

  • Education within planning and logistics, or experience within  supply chain management
  • A proactive and structured mind-set
  • The ability to support the team and care for people around you
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently as well as in a team
  • Great communication skills
