Job Purpose

Manage and maintain the Master Schedule for Offshore and Onshore operations within its area of responsibility. The Master Schedule is the high-level plan defining the activity level towards our customers and contracts, and the pace of the commitment. It serves the purpose of aligning sequence and priority through the operational execution organization for all committed work in addition to providing forecast information to enable Long Range operational business planning. 

Job Description

  • Responsible for setting and maintaining the Master Schedule for Onshore and Offshore operations reflecting the latest updates from ongoing operations, customer rig and vessel schedules, MMR commitments and forecast plans 
  • Cooperate with Commercial and Tender to keep the plan updated with the latest forecast information and in accordance with the monthly Service Demand Report
  • Cooperate with the project/operation organization to keep the Master Schedule updated with the latest client rig and vessel plans, client refurbishment plans, ongoing backlog status and Book-and-Turn forecast
  • Hold the execution and functional organization accountable to meet the overall plan

You are meant for this job if:

  • Relevant bachelor’s degree within Business Administration or Supply Chain. 
  • If you have a strong passion for planning
  • At least 3 to 5 years experience in a planning role
  • Confident in leading discussions, driving alignment, and setting direction
  • Relevant experience and skills may compensate for the lack of formal education

Skills:

  • Demonstrated analytical skills and business mindset 
  • Good collaboration and communication skills 
  • Management skills and ability to sort out problems and give recommendations for escalation
  • Ability to work independently and take lead
  • Identify and initiate improvement potentials to both processes and systems, and ability to take lead in improvement projects 

 

Competencies:

  • Experienced with planning processes and applications related to demand and capacity planning
  • Good business and business process understanding. 
  • Understating and experience of LEAN processes
