Job Description

Main Challenges and Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for managing procurement activities within a given scope.
  • Continuous improvement efforts within procurement to reduce overall cost, improve quality, shorten lead times and improve on-time delivery.
  • Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships.
  • Follow up deliveries and communicate to projects.
  • Keeping POs always updated in ERP-system.
  • Ensure compliance to guidelines, purchasing policies and procedures.

Are you meant for this role?

Profile Requirements:

  • Bachelor or major, preferably within purchasing and/or logistics or minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Good knowledge of SAP business system (or equivalent) and Microsoft Office.
  • Some experience with LEAN terminology and tools.
  • Fluent Norwegian and English language.

  • Top motivated and eager to learn.
  • Have a curious mindset, desiring to improve.
  • Able to work with others in groups and teams, both formal and informal.
  • A cooperative and services driven mindset.
  • Ability to understand and communicate within diverse cultural environments.
