Workshop Service Technician V

Job Purpose

• Leads a team of Workshop Technicians in a work center located at a single shop facility to ensure that production and performance commitments are fulfilled

Job Description

"• Responsible for production performance of assigned shift to ensure adherence to published schedules and delivery requirements • Determines manufacturing priorities based on established weekly production schedules and makes daily assignments • Resolves technician issues and conflicts and acts as a catalyst to provide technicians with everything needed to complete work • Coordinates the intervention of support services (maintenance, quality, methods, etc.) within the Production unit • Interprets specifications and makes judgments about the acceptability of production that is in process • Implements departmental safety programs to ensure safety of employees working in the area • Ensures process documentation and employees complying with approved procedures, processes and standards"

You are meant for this job if:

• High school diploma or equivalent technical diploma

• 6 years of experience in field

• Proficiency to read, interpret and evaluate accuracy of drawings and technical documentation in assembly

• Knowledge/ use of integrated systems and more tools, complex equipment and techniques.
