Job Purpose

  • Plan and coordinate internal and external resources required to ensure the readies of the equipment and supervise the preparation of ADNOC equipment packages for mobilization to rig sites.
  • Tracking, segregation and maintain of all the Rig return Equipment & tools

Job Description

  • On-time delivery for the equipment to the rig site
  • Ensure the equipment package are complete and accurate.
  • Ensure the Orders documentation packages are completed.
  • Coordinate with all the internal and external stockholder to ensure smooth execution of the Service order and transferring of the equipment in& out.
  • Maintain clean and clear recorder of the Equipment and Tools movement, location and status. 
  • Ensure all activities for the repair of returning equipment are completed in a timely manner.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely compilation of documentation packages.
  • Maintain a strong relation shipped with customer representative.
  • Responsible for the planning and coordination of all workshop resources required to prepare ADNOC equipment packages for delivery to rig sites.
  • Responsible of creation Service order and assigning the required scope of work.
  • Responsible for the planning and coordination of all workshop resources required to repair returning ADNOC equipment.
  • Responsible for the planning and coordinating internal and external logistic team to arrange the mobilization and De-mobilization of the equipment.
  • Communication with ADNOC rep to arrange the required Casing joint for casing hangers make assembly.
  • Responsible for the planning and coordinating of ADNOC resources for inspection and witnessing activities.
  • Be aware at all times of forecasted equipment packages mobilising to rig sites and returning equipment.
  • Following up with Service team SPM & FST to obtain the equipment and service tool inventory at the rig site and arrange for the backload.
  • Responsible for managing and tracking of ADNOC Service and Running tools.
  • Generate monthly report for the service tools, availability, condition, location and require repair scope of work and costing.
  • Review the rig return Equipment & Service tools report and prepare the repair scope of work and repair quotation

  1. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/FORMAL EDUCATION:
  • Batchelor degree in engineering
  • 3-5 years in oil field and rig operation with preference in wellhead equipment 
  1. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
  • 3-5 years in oil field and rig operation with preference in wellhead equipment 
  1. REQUIRED CERTIFICATE(S):
    • None
  2. REQUIRED INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:
    • Strong commination skills
    • Strong Team player and time management
  3. REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS AND/OR PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS:
    • Robust knowledge in Wellhead equipment installation  
    • Robust knowledge in Rigs operation and logistics
  4. REQUIRED MANAGERIAL SKILLS
    • None
