Job Description
Safe, Compliant & Contractual Service Delivery
- Accountable for safe, compliant, and contract‑aligned planning and execution of service operations for assigned customers/projects.
- Ensure all activities are executed in accordance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
Project Planning & Execution Performance
- Accountable for effective planning, coordination, and execution support of Field Service operations, ensuring alignment with approved schedules, budgets, and project objectives.
- Ensure service readiness of people, equipment, assets, VMI, and tooling to meet operational demands.
Operational Readiness & Asset Coordination
- Accountable for maintaining accurate and forward‑looking operational plans, including rig board population (30‑day and 18‑month outlook).
- Ensure correct wellhead allocation, asset availability, and spares readiness through VMI and internal stakeholders.
Technical Quality & Change Management
- Accountable for technical integrity during execution, including management of eFNCRs, RCAs, CAPAs, and MOC processes.
- Ensure that changes to scope, equipment, or execution are formally assessed, approved, mitigated, and documented.
Documentation, Well Files & Data Integrity
- Accountable for the completeness, accuracy, and audit readiness of CWOs, well files, stack‑up documentation, SPIRs, and customer deliverables.
- Ensure full lifecycle documentation from pre‑job through final close‑out.
Customer Interface & Satisfaction
- Accountable for acting as the operational focal point for assigned customers during planning and execution phases.
- Ensure timely, accurate communication of project status, risks, and progress to customers and internal stakeholders.
Financial Control & Reporting
- Accountable for service cost control, billing accuracy, and timely financial reporting (P&L, PTC, MASA).
- Ensure services are properly invoiced and supported by approved CWOs and documentation.
People Development & Performance Support
- Accountable for supporting the performance, development, and capability growth of Field Service Technicians through structured feedback, mentoring, and input to performance evaluations.
Back‑Office & AOF Support
- Accountable for back‑office coordination supporting AOF and service execution, including alignment across engineering, VMI, assets, MMR, and customer data governance.
You are meant for this job if:
- REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/FORMAL EDUCATION:
- Degree in engineering or technical subject preferred (not essential if compensated by substantial field experience).
- In-depth understanding of oilfield operations, and project management methodologies.
- Work experience can compensate for lack of formal Education.
- REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Demonstrated hands-on field experience in wellhead or related oil & gas operations 4+ years
- Experience with planning people and resources in a service based operation.
- Proven track record supervising projects in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- REQUIRED CERTIFICATE(S):
- Additional certifications in project management, Lean Six Sigma (e.g., PMP) are a plus.

- Strong English language communication and stakeholder management skills; able to build trust with clients and internal teams.

- REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS AND/OR PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS:
- Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and layouts (Visio, CAD).
- Understanding of the sequence of well drilling and completions and associated equipment and technical requirements for each phase.
- Strong analytical and process improvement mindset; able to identify and implement operational efficiencies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, SAP, and digital field ticketing systems.
- Comfortable with oilfield lingo and able to adapt communication style to different audiences.
- REQUIRED MANAGERIAL SKILLS
- Demonstrated leadership in field and project settings.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to sudden changes in planning and operations.
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing field teams.
