Job Purpose

Responsible for all inbound shipments to ICAD.

Job Description

· Coordinate and manage import and export logistics activities, ensuring timely customs clearance and full

compliance with applicable regulations.

· Plan, schedule, and execute local deliveries to oilfield sites using approved transport providers to meet

operational delivery timelines.

· Maintain accurate and complete records of all shipments, including delivery notes, work orders, transport

logs, and supporting documentation.

· Monitor transport performance, proactively address delays or issues, and ensure continuity of field

operations.

· Liaise effectively with vendors, freight forwarders, clearing agents, and site teams to align logistics activities

with operational requirements.

· Ensure all logistics operations comply with company policies, safety standards, environmental regulations,

and HSE requirements.

· Track logistics performance against defined KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to

improve delivery efficiency.

· Collaborate closely with procurement, warehouse, and field teams to align logistics planning with project

schedules and material requirements.

· Prepare Commercial Invoices and Packing Lists (CIPL) based on purchase orders and packaging details

provided by the warehouse.

· Ensure adherence to GBPMS roles and responsibilities, including shipment tracking, vendor coordination, and

transport scheduling.

· Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing logistics data and proposing process enhancements

to improve overall efficiency.

· Comply with HSE and company standards to ensure safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible logistics

operations.

A. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/FORMAL EDUCATION:

· Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role (Customer order management,inventory management, warehousing, purchasing, distribution) (Delete or keep): Work experience can compensate for lack of formal Education)

B. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

· Oilfield Experience

C. REQUIRED CERTIFICATE(S):

· Bachelor’s degree

D. REQUIRED INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:

· Team player

E. REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS AND/OR PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS:
