Job Purpose
To provide structured exposure to various business functions through a short-term internship programme, enabling the intern to gain practical insights into operations, engineering, finance, quality, and field service activities while understanding workplace safety standards, processes, and organisational structure.
Job Description
- Participate in onboarding sessions including company introduction and safety induction
- Gain awareness of HSE policies and workplace safety requirements
- Observe and understand manufacturing processes through workshop tours
- Develop basic knowledge of operations, warehouse, and logistics functions
- Gain exposure to engineering roles and project execution processes
- Understand financial processes including ERP, accounting principles, and reporting
- Observe field service operations including asset management and service coordination
- Learn quality control processes and inspection standards
- Attend knowledge-sharing sessions conducted by functional experts
- Prepare and present key learnings at the end of the programme

- Currently enrolled in a student university program.
- Computer Engineering.
- Mechanical Engineering.
- REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- No prior experience required. Open to current students seeking practical industry exposure.
