Job Purpose

 Successfully deliver and execute jobs such as preparation, installation, repair and maintenance of TechnipFMC equipment, or other brands, under field conditions and in an international on & offshore environment.

Job Description

  • Ensure all equipment, service tooling, and spare parts are available on location, ready for use, and fit for purpose.
  • Record and document critical technical information such as dimensions, weights, temperatures, pressures, and flow rates to support product testing, operation, and assembly processes.
  • Complete all safety-related documentation and consistently adhere to and promote safe work practices.
  • Accurately prepare and submit field service reports, job logs, and all required supporting documentation with necessary details, including part and serial numbers, equipment types, and non-conformance reports.
  • Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity on job procedures, parts requirements, critical measurements, and proactively identifying safety and operational improvement opportunities.
  • Act as a professional representative of TechnipFMC, delivering quality customer service, addressing customer queries and complaints effectively, and identifying opportunities for business improvement and customer success.
  • Comply with TechnipFMC Quality Management System requirements and ensure full adherence to QHSE standards and the company’s code of ethics.

You are meant for this job if:

 

A. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/FORMAL EDUCATION:

  • High school diploma, Apprenticeship or equivalent technical diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of one or more of the following fields: electrical; subsea equipment; hydraulics equipment; mechanical equipment and tools; structural steel.

Work experience can compensate for lack of formal education.

B. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • 0-6 months of Oil and Gas experience
  • 3-5 Years Professional Work History in Lieu of advanced schooling

C. REQUIRED CERTIFICATE(S):

  • Safety Certifications including but not limited to: T-BOSIET, H2S, ADNOC Safety Inductions, CPR
  • TechnipFMC Service Skills Training
  • OGUK or equivalent medical screening

D. REQUIRED INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:

  • Proactive attitude
  • Ability to work in a team and in stressful fast paced environment
  • Communication and listening skills with peers and supervisors.
  • Alignment with the TechnipFMC Core Values and Foundational Beliefs

E. REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS AND/OR PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS:

  • Ability to read and understand drawings.
  • Ability to use technical tools and instruments required to perform duties.
  • Read, write and speak English on a professional level. Arabic a plus
