Job Purpose
Schedules and dispatches Technical Service Personnel to enable the execution of service operations. Ensures the optimization of QHSES and compliance to policies and regulations at work sites, onshore and offshore.
Job Description
Schedules and coordinates Technical Service Persons for Field services operations, ensures compliance with
established sales and cost budgets and schedules for the S&AFM Department in UAE.
Understands competency requirements and skills required per job type and ensures schedule
optimization of service technicians and trainees, in coordination with Service Project Managers
Assists the Service Project Managers in coordination of service tooling assets
Dispatches technicians to the field; organizes transportation for offshore jobs
Performs duties as Journey manager for onshore jobs
Assists Service Project Managers and Technicians with creation, updating and reviewing Charges Work Orders
and Field Sales Orders
Stays up to date on clients as required to review operations.
Checks that all field documentation are received, accurate, followed and signed-off on
Acts as a mentor to Service Technicians to foster development
Reviews personnel compliance with all applicable policies and procedures
Coordinates between 20-40 onshore/offshore personnel
Supervises the check out and check in of company service vehicles
Works on call 24/7 and sometimes outside of normal duty hours to meet customer requirements
You are meant for this job if:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent expierience
3-5 years experience with technical project scheduling, planning or in a customer service business;
preferably industrial, oil and gas, or manufacturing
General Knowledge of API Q1/Q2 and TechnipFMC Surface products processes and specifications
Excellent interpersonal, negotiating, writing and presentation skills.
Read and write English fluently, Arabic an advantage
Excellent problem-solving and team-building skills to coordinate resources to meet customer
requirements within a team environment
Competent in busines systems including Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, ServiceMax, InteServ
Customer service focused with commitment and sense of urgency to ensure customer success
