Job Purpose

Ensures that all related operating tasks and activities are performed within the specified time frame in agreement with the objectives fixed in terms of performance, quality, and safety

Job Description

  • Ensure to understand the provided work task and activity plan
  • Understands and follows all safety requirements and procedures
  • Ensure the availability of risk assessment and work instruction
  • Ensure, correct equipment and tools availability and are validated to perform the scope of work
  • Accountable to record, complete and store the necessary checklist or documentation related to his work scope.
  • Adheres to all work processes, assembly and testing procedures.
  • Preparation and upkeep of procedures throughout the process of assembly and FAT.
  • Support / carry out assembly/testing activities across work cells.
  • Maintaining and storing all the records as per the procedures and requirements.
  • Work closely with workshop leader / supervisor in the planning of jobs, highlight issues and set the pace to meet the delivery on time or a head.
  • Preparation and conducting Final Inspection products.
  • Input labor hours accurately into Labor Tracking System (MES & Inteserv).
  • Assists others during assembly of components in area of expertise
  • Uses material handling equipment to move components, subassemblies and assemblies between work areas
  • Upkeep the 5s in workplace.

You are meant for this job if:

    1. Required knowledge/formal education: 
    • High School or Vocational School
    • Mechanical Aptitude

     

    1. Required experience: 
    • Minimum of 5 years in oil and gas equipment assembly and hydrostatic testing
    • Minimum of 1 year leadership experience

     

    1. Required certificate(s): 
    • None 

     

    1. Required interpersonal skills: 
    • Effective written and verbal English language communication skills

     

    1. Required technical skills and/or problem-solving skills: 
    • Mechanical aptitude and technical problem-solving skills
    • Ability to read, understand and follow written specifications with no supervision
    • Ability to teach/coach others

     

    1. Required managerial skills:
    None
