Job Purpose

To take all reasonable care during the performance of their work for the Health and Safety of themselves and others affected by their acts or omissions. Co-operate fully with TechnipFMC, regulatory authorities and/or third parties to ensure compliance with applicable legislation.  Demonstrate behaviour consistent with company vision and values.  Responsible for the refurbishment, assembly and test of Subsea equipment to both TechnipFMC and Customer specified requirements.

Job Description

  • Undertake the maintenance of TechnipFMC and Customer owned Subsea equipment to company procedures and/or customer requirements
  • Ensure Health and Safety, good working practices in all activities are adhered to at all times.
  • Retrieve product information (drawings and DBI’s) from TFMC Intranet.
  • Responsible for all relevant documentation/transaction being completed correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Responsible to complete tasks in allocated timeframe to meet on-time delivery and highlight any potential overruns to supervision.
  • Promote and maintain a positive working attitude • Carry out any tasks requested by Workshop Supervisor/Lead Fitter

You are meant for this job if:

  • Mechanical Apprenticeship minimum requirement (or equivalent experience), with relevant shop floor experience.
  • ONC/City & Guilds in a Mechanical Engineering/Electrical subject is preferred.
  • Experience in Oil & Gas industry (petroleum related rework business).
  • Good communication skills
  • PC literacy preferred.
  • Positive and professional customer focused attitude to work.
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings/schematics.
