Job Purpose

Responsible for coordinating all operational activities in the Warehouse, including execute activity in a safe manner with a goal to deliver a quality service on time and to achieve customer requirements. 

Be the first link between Workshop & Warehouse on all logistics support not covered in the day-to-day interface with Internal Logistics. 

Liaise with Customer Logistics and Freight Forwarders to ensure project deliveries are scheduled to meet deadlines and within local health and safety regulations and compliance.

Job Description

•    Take responsibility for the day-to-day running on operational activity and ensuring that TechnipFMC and Customer equipment is stored/secured in correct manner and according to procedure
•    Initiate, lead and participate in Toolbox Talk with Warehouse Technicians to cover daily plans and to ensure all activities are carried out in a safely manner
•    Provide support to Warehouse Technician to load and unload transport if required
•    Provide support to the Warehouse Technicians on day-to-day activities if required
•    Process all Goods In paperwork using company ERP system
•    Produce Project Packing lists to Warehouse Technician for picking and packing as per Project demands
•    Communicate with Service Project Manager with regards to receipt of Customer Free Issue equipment
•    Responsible for participating in project planning meetings when needed.  
•    Responsible for ensuring all outgoing shipments are packed in accordance to TechnipFMC procedures and Industry standard requirements 
•    If the Project requires Third Party Basket/Container hires, raise PR and manage Third Party equipment using company ERP system ensuring hire dates are tracked for vendor invoicing and project cost tracking
•    Create Project delivery paperwork for shipping to customer location 
•    Monitor Customer provided lookaheads to ensure shipping deadlines are met

You are meant for this job if:

•    Relevant experience in similar role, preferable from oil related industry
•    Experience using SAP
•    Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc)
•    Preferable knowledge of Surface Wellhead equipment, tooling and accessories
•    Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills 
•    Good interpersonal and communication skills
•    Proactive attitude
•    Work and communicate within a diverse cultural environment is critical

•    Aisle Master Certificate   
•    Overhead Crane Certificate
