Job Purpose

  • Timely and accurate preparation of all UK and Norway Spoolbase financial reporting
  • Provide financial support to Spoolbase Managers and Spoolbase Snr Director
  • Actively involved in SSI across all 4 spoolbases working with other controllers to improve the processes

 

Job Description

Reporting

    • Preparation of monthly forecast (Including cost sensitivity analysis and value destruction)
    • Preparation of monthly Financial and Operational data for presentation
    • Preparation of Cashflow & Hedging
    • Responsible for both Direct and Indirect Costs (Budget, Forecast and Actuals), including calendarisation
    • Reporting of value destruction working with Quality team
    • Weekly reporting of Spoolbase in VSO Obeya
    • Capex reporting for UK and Norway Spoolbase

Standardisation, Simplification and Industrialisation (SSI)

    • Take an active role in implementing change, improvement initiatives
    • Take an active role in standardisation of the work within the VSO
    • Drive simplification of the work, and work with Spoolbase cost control team to drive simplification
    • Create work standards for the Spoolbase
    • Support the ERP implementation

You are meant for this job if:

Degree in Finance or Equivalent

Experience Finance experience in a role of similar nature

Proven record of driving change

Strong financial background
