Job Purpose

  • The timely and accurate delivery of all VSO Financial Operations reporting requirements.
  • Standardisation, Simplification and Industrialisation of FinOps activities in UK FP&A Function, working with wider FP&A network
  • Participation in ERP

Job Description

  • Weekly reporting for Finance Operations to Operational and Subsea Obeyas
  • Monthly and Quarterly reporting for Finance Operations
  • Quarterly Actuals Consolidation , analysis & reporting (multiple legal entities & currency)
  • Co-ordination and planning of annual budget
  • Consolidation and reporting of Annual budget (multiple legal entities & currency)
  • Opex reporting (Local and Global reporting)
  • Prepare Financial data for Finance Directors & Financial Controller as required
  • Planning & Co-ordination of  team reporting requirement with multiple regions
  • Cashflow & Hedging for VSO
  • Co-ordination and management of Audit queries
  • Take an active role in implementing change, improvement initiatives
  • Take an active role in standardisation of the work within the FP&A function
  • Drive simplification of the work, and work with Global FP&A network to drive simplification across all FP&A teams globally.
  • Create work standards for the FP&A function
  • Support the ERP implementation

 

You are meant for this job if:

  • Degree in Finance or Equivalent
  • Finance & Controlling experience 
  • IT Literate
  • Proven record of driving change
  • Extremely organised and pro-active
  • Prior experience in a similar role within the O&G industry
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong financial accounting background
  • Strong problem solving & analytical skills
