Job Purpose

 

  • We are seeking an experienced recruiter with expertise in offshore personnel logistics and crewing to join our Talent Acquisition team based in Aberdeen. You will be responsible for delivering our Global Talent Acquisition process as part of our Shared Services team.

Job Description

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle end-to-end.
  • Partner with business leadership, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with Hub India to design attractive job descriptions and role advertisements.
  • Identify and implement efficient recruitment methods and strategies.
  • Support hiring managers with screening, shortlisting, and interviews.
  • Engage in compensation evaluations for employment offers.
  • Coach and mentor the hiring community in recruitment best practices.
  • Develop candidate pipelines and maintain up-to-date talent pools.
  • Implement innovative techniques for identifying new talent, including internet searches, social media campaigns, career fairs, industry events, referrals, cold-calling, and networking.
  • Ensure compliance with global recruitment standards and local regulations.
  • Manage a high volume of requisitions and changing priorities.

  • Experience in offshore personnel logistics or crewing.
  • Strong partnerships across the People & Culture function.
  • Compliance with hiring procedures and pre-employment screenings.
  • Effective communication and support for candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaboration with internal communication teams.
  • Experience in evaluating and implementing new People & Culture programs.
  • Competency in identifying and shortlisting candidates.
  • Database maintenance and agency contact support.

Skills

Additional Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience hiring offshore personnel in a similar internal recruitment or agency role.
  • High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of personnel and external suppliers.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Drive for results and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong execution skills.
  • Effective team player.
