Job Purpose

  • Provide quality support for inspection activities across all product lines where applicable, following required standards and processes at receipt, processing, assembly and/or testing. 
  • Produce accurate records and administration of documentation in relation to associated equipment assigned via POS/SAP Operating System(s).
  • Actively engage with key stakeholders in supporting continuous improvement projects and initiatives as directed and agreed.
  • Deliver and offer support in fostering a culture of simplification including waste elimination via improvement applications.

Job Description

  • Ensure that all equipment is inspected in accordance with Technical Specifications, Engineering Drawings, Product Specifications and Purchase Order requirements.
  • Ensure that all support documentation is verified in accordance with the above.
  • Maintain accurate record of inspection results in sufficient detail as to enable re-work instructions or disposition decisions to be made.
  • Create minor repair scope of work instructions, together with supporting documentation.
  • Ensure all documentation and records are processed, transacted, and uploaded within applicable database e.g., SAP.
  • Where applicable witness, verify and confirm validation of Pressure Testing Activities across all product lines.
  • Document Non-conformities, providing support in investigation, resolution, and conclusion of RCA and CAPA Process.
  • Identify and actively engage in Continuous improvement activities across the base.

You are meant for this job if;

  • Engineering discipline (HNC) preferable, but not essential, as a good level of work experience will be considered also.
  • ASNT Level II MPI/LPI certificate (valid)
  • FARO ARM Experience preferable, but not essential, as Training will be provided.
  • Experience related to Product repair.
  • Proven ability and exposure with all types of manual measuring instrumentation.
  • Good computer literacy skills Microsoft Office.
  • Full Driving license.
