Job Purpose

Prepares, delivers and maintains operating conditions of workstations and office equipment and provide incident treatment and request fullfillment to vessel end users.

Assists Vessel Service Delivery Team with day to day coordination and project execution activities. 

Job Description

  • Qualifies issues encountered by end-users and provides technical assistance 
  • Provides clear information to end-users all along the incident treatment process 
  • May provide basic training to users on the optimal use of computer and software 
  • Assists in the selection and evaluation of hardware and software
  • Assists Vessel Service Delivery Team in daily activities.
