Our Graduate Programme

As a Graduate Engineer at TechnipFMC, you will: 

• Be part of a two-year structured training programme spent within a rotational framework that allows you to gain exposure to many areas of our business and take on real responsibility
• Be primarily located at our one of our UK sites with possibilities to go offshore
• Build on both technical and behavioural skills to enable you to progress your career alongside our experienced mentors
• Begin your programme in September 2026

What are we looking for?

• Bachelors, Masters or PHD in relevant Engineering discipline or Physics

• All applicants must be based in the UK
• Selected candidates will then be invited to attend our full day in-person assessment centre which will include group exercises, lunch, company presentations, individual interviews, and a site tour
• If successful, you will receive a conditional offer subject to completion of your degree, references and medical
