Our Graduate Programme

As a Graduate Engineer at TechnipFMC, you will: 

  • Be part of a two-year structured training programme spent within a rotational framework that allows you to gain exposure to many areas of our business and take on real responsibility. 

  • Be primarily be located at our Aberdeen campus, with opportunities for placements across the UK and offshore within different departments.  

  • Build on both technical and behavioural skills to enable you to progress your career alongside our experienced mentors. 

  • Begin your programme in September 2025.

  • Bachelors, Masters or PHD in relevant Engineering discipline or Physics.

  • Selected candidates will then be invited to attend our full day in-person assessment centre which will include group exercises, lunch, company presentations, individual interviews and a site tour.   

  • If successful, you will receive a conditional offer subject to completion of your degree, references and medical.
