Job Purpose

Production/consolidation and reporting of all key financial deliverables for Construction in progress, depreciation and non operational financials including transfer pricing and flux analysis. A high level of accuracy and quality within strict monthly/quarterly deadlines, ensuring compliance with Accounting Standards and Group guidelines is key.

Job Description

  • Transfer Pricing forecasting, analysis and support to finance counterparts globally
  • Finance & Operations Dashboard review, validation & analysis of non operational financial results
  • Finance & Operations Dashboard Data integrity & Validation of Vessels & Asset Integrity supporting accurate business decisions
  • Crew cost analysis & cost management support
  • Construction in Progress Analysis  
  • Depreciation Profiling & Analysis including on demand support for commercially focused strategic scenario assessments
  • NBV Calculation & Projections including Strategy support
  • Calculate depreciation accruals
  • Inventory & Balance Sheet Management
  • Flux analysis
  • Lease reporting
  • Support of FP&A activities
  • Auditor support
  • Ensure high level of accuracy and variance analysis provided to Finance Director
  • Cashflow & Hedging support including Capex
  • Maintain weekly R&O updates
  • Maintain and close out actions in Obeya
  • Ensure compliance of processes and procedures
  • Progress lean initiatives
  • Provide visibility of financial data required to effectively manage budgets
  • Review and challenge processes with the aim of eliminating non/low value work, whilst still maintaining the integrity and material accuracy of financial results

You are meant for this job if:

  • Qualified (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong finanical accounting background, with good understanding of accounting standards
  • High level of experience of customer facing operations accounting
  • Proven track record of change/improvements
  • Ability to analyse high volumes of data and prepare well presented summaries for management
