Job Purpose

Reporting accountant supports the budget and financial reporting for Subsea projects, New Energy, Shared services functions within TUK

Job Description

Preparation of budgets annually – Manpower, Overheads – Selling , PIC etch

Preparation of forecasts for indirect projects and review of Actuals data with managers

Preparation of accounts  for indirect projects – Manpower and external costs (POs)

Manage Indirect project coding (create, Close , delete) in ERP

Review of time recording and analysis including review of under / over recovery variances from budget position

Preparation of cash information – FCE templates to manage any Foreign exchange exposure in this area

Input of forecast , Budget and Actual data in to Group reporting tool (REP)

 

You are meant for this job if:

  • Degree in Finance or equivalent
  • Accounting and Finance and cost control experience
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Teamwork skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
